Estimator

As we continue to build our strong team of professionals,
our Estimating Department is currently seeking an Estimator.
Primary responsibilities include:
• Interpret drawings and documents in order to prepare an
estimate
• Prepare transmittals and plans for distribution to subcontractors and
suppliers for bids
• Meet with subcontractors to assist them in preparing quotes
• Evaluate sub quotes as to accuracy and completeness
• Prepare in-house estimating documents
• Compile proposal for the project developer to present
to the customer
• Assist in preparing standard contract documents and specifications
Requires computer skills and conceptual estimating. Commercial
construction field experience is a benefit, but is not required.
