Job Description:
Bobbitt Design Build, Inc., is seeking experienced, Registered Architects for immediate full time employment in our offices located in Raleigh, NC, and Columbia, SC. The Architect will play the lead role in designing a variety of commercial buildings and will serve as a primary contact on multiple projects. The integrated design-build approach offers a rigorous pace with hands-on involvement. Bobbitt’s team-oriented environment provides the opportunity to be part of the turn-key process from beginning to completion. The ideal candidate will have experience with multiple project types and will demonstrate a commitment to sustainability and responsible business practices.
Position Requirements:
- Registered Architect with 5 or more years of experience covering
a variety of commercial project types
- AutoCAD proficiency
- LEED AP
- Thorough command of Building and Accessibility Codes
- Strong verbal and graphic communication skills
- Ability to coordinate design of multiple large projects simultaneously
with attentiveness to deadlines
- Ability to guide production of co-workers and consultants
- Dedication to teamwork
