Green Building
Bobbitt understands the value that sustainable buildings can have to our clients and our community. Green building directly benefits individual building owners through lower energy bills, lower water bills, longer-lasting buildings and healthier environments for occupants. The effect of large-scale green building can have enormous benefits for the community, the nation and the planet.
Our green building philosophy focuses on five key areas:
- Sustainable building sites
- Water conservation
- Energy efficiency
- Conservation of construction materials
- Indoor environment quality
