Bobbitt Design Build completed Triangle-based dental practice, Partrick Orthodontics, a referral from a previous client in the dental industry.
Dr. Maura Partrick Orthodontics is located on High House Road in Cary. The 2,800-square-foot fit-up includes five chairs, a “kids’ zone” and consultation room – all with a contemporary atmosphere. Bobbitt managed the construction process without interruption to existing building tenants – an often challenging aspect of building renovation. Also a factor was designing the new space around the building’s existing plumbing, mechanical and electrical infrastructure.
