Buildings
Hasentree is a master-planned golf community and Raleigh’s only
private, residential resort neighborhood featuring a Tom Fazio
championship golf course. Creedmoor Partners, the award-winning
developers of Hasentree, selected Bobbitt as the general contractor for
all the neighborhood’s community facilities.
Bobbitt’s first project at Hasentree was the signature Gate House in
the fall of 2006. The structure serves as the security office at the
main entrance to the community.
A two-story, 4,209-square-foot Pro Shop was completed in 2007 to
support the Fazio golf course. Bobbitt utilized distinctive materials
and detailing – including extensive stone work and a slate roof – to
achieve the “old world” look of Hasentree.
The Golf Maintenance Building, which consists of two buildings totaling
14,000 square feet, was also completed in 2007.
Bobbitt also built Hasentree’s Family Activity Center, a
17,000-square-foot facility complete with a state-of-the-art fitness
center, swimming pools, kids’ playground and six clay tennis courts.
