You’ll notice a pattern in our design-build process that communication takes priority at all times. This fit-up in Holly Springs, NC, was a success because of the way we worked closely with both the developer and the occupant – a young dentist with unique needs, a tight budget and fun ideas for her space.
As is typically the case, our experience working with local municipalities played a key roll in keeping the project moving smoothly. In the end, the dentist has a unique space – and the developer continues grow his holdings, working with Bobbitt to build another flex-space office complex in the area.
