Properties selected Bobbitt Design Build to modernize and update
the exterior of its 16,000-square-foot building. Using a customer-oriented,
design build approach, Bobbitt successfully designed and constructed
a façade that not only created a distinctive building for the
client, but complemented the surrounding urban architecture.
The addition, built independently of the existing building,
was a design and construction challenge that Bobbitt addressed
with confidence. Bobbitt was able to meet the client’s needs
by allowing the existing tenant to remain open for business
without the inconvenience of relocating during the construction
process.
The completion of the Castlebrook Center also
included landscaping, expanded parking, and site improvements,
which provided Castlebrook with 12,000 square feet of additional
space for lease.
