HPC Flex Building Shell

JMC Construction selected Bobbitt to create the master plan for this two-phase project. Using its customer-oriented, design build approach, Bobbitt constructed phase I, a 16,000-square-foot flex building with JMC Construction’s 5,000-square-foot fit-up located in Holly Springs.

HPC Flex incorporates a simple, yet attractive design that utilizes a landmark truss system for wide open, flexible interior spaces and large covered entries that welcome visitors to the businesses.
