Poe Properties
Brier Creek is a fast growing area of Raleigh with a diverse mix of development. Bobbitt has built many projects in this area including Poe Properties on ACC Boulevard. The 10,000-square-foot building has commercial space available for lease. One of Bobbitt’s challenges was to create better site efficiencies by designing a shared storm water pond. All went smoothly for the Carolina’s leader in design build, resulting in an attractive flex building. |
