Blue Ridge OB/GYN Associates
If you’re a physician in the region, you’ve probably been
in a medical office building designed or built by Bobbitt. Among
our greatest accomplishments is helping doctors build their
dream. The three physicians at Blue Ridge OB/GYN have a premier
location in Raleigh directly across from the WakeMed North Healthplex.
Their nearly 3.5 acre site features rolling terrain and lush
greenery, with residential and commercial development adjacent
to the property.
At 16,000 sq. ft., this medical facility
is a beacon for the design build process with its arched windows
and attention to detail throughout. Its premiere locale presented
numerous environmental challenges with zoning restrictions,
watershed setbacks, lighting restrictions, and a newly enacted
tree ordinance. For us, this was par for the course since customers
often select us to manage their most difficult projects. Weekly
on-site meetings kept the physicians in the loop as they entrusted
us to make decisions on their behalf – and make the complex
appear routine.
