Knightdale Family Care, Knightdale’s oldest family practice growing at a pace of 100 new patients per month, is proud to provide the region with a new facility offering the utmost in medical care. Dr. Bob Adams, owner of Knightdale Family Medicine, had a vision for a state-of-the art medical complex that McGinnis Development and Bobbitt Design Build has turned into a reality. Knightdale Family Medicine is a 14,560-square-foot medical facility.

Dr. Adams’ practice is the largest tenant at 6,350 square feet, and the fit-up was completed by Bobbitt. The complex, located on 1.81 acres in the 64 Business Park on Knightdale Boulevard, includes four medical practices: Knightdale Family Care, Wake Heart and Vascular Associates, Vein Care Pavilion of Raleigh and WakeMed Hospital services.

Bobbitt provided the office fit-up for Vein Care Pavilion of Raleigh, a 2,475-square-foot space offering plastic and vascular surgery. Wake Heart and Vascular Associates also turned to Bobbitt to up-fit their 2,800-sqaure-foot space to be used as a satellite office.

Knightdale Medical Partners selected many green building features to be incorporated in the building’s design, construction and operation.
