Alexander Office Park

Bobbitt teamed with a local architect to build the dramatic Alexander Office Park office development near Brier Creek in Raleigh. The first major office building in the area, Alexander Office Park stands four stories and measures 57,000 square feet. Sales of this first phase have been so successful that Bobbitt has started building phase two – a three-story building of 47,000 square feet.
