Williams Overman Pierce

Williams Overman Pierce (WOP), CPAs and consultants, came to Bobbitt for the design and turn-key contracting of its new headquarters fit-up on Atrium Drive. The project scope involved a fit-up of the fourth and fifth floors totaling 14,128 square feet. Bobbitt completed the demolition and fit-up before WOP’s existing lease expired.

The difficultly in the design was the placement of existing columns that blocked most of the windows in the partners’ offices. Bobbitt designed the layout and finishes to draw attention away from the columns. The new and improved interior design included wall paper, custom desks, custom bookshelves, and conference rooms with glass walls and special finishes.
