Dairy Queen Grill & Chill
Bobbitt worked closely with Dairy Queen corporate and the
regional franchisee to unveil this new 2,687 square foot prototype
concept in Raleigh. Ongoing communication between each party
enabled Bobbitt to coordinate equipment installation and an
upgraded furniture package for the dining area. The result is
a quick-casual atmosphere that leverages the Dairy Queen brand
identity. As an added benefit of working closely with the owner
from the outset, we identified evidence of rock on the site
– thus enabling him to negotiate a purchase price with full
disclosure of site issues.
