Gregory Poole Truck Facility
Bobbitt’s relationship with Gregory Poole Equipment Company
continues. Thanks to our strong product, performance and design
build value in past projects, Gregory Poole, a long-standing
Caterpillar dealer, called on Bobbitt to match previous results.
The company needed a fast-track combination of office,
parts warehouse and service repair center for trucks and engines.
The project utilized multiple permits to accelerate the construction
schedule. The finished product is two buildings totaling 66,000
square feet on 8.2 acres. The facility – with extensive information
technology and security considerations – includes a chassis
dynamometer building and an express lube/service pit.
