The Learning Experience – Holly Springs

The Learning Experience, child development center, expanded into Holly Springs in 2008. The 10,000-square-foot facility located on a 1.9-acre lot has a capacity for 176 children, 20 teachers and two staff. Bobbitt fast-tracked the permitting and construction process to meet the owner’s challenging deadline.

Some of the unique features of the building include an indoor play area with playrooms (diner, general store, fire station and garage), ball pit, art counter and race track. The state-of-the-art facility has a bright and colorful atmosphere inspiring creativity and learning.
