came to Bobbitt for this new 10,000-square-foot facility for
Shaw Sanitation, providing weekly trash removal and recycling
services throughout the Triangle area. The building is located
on a 2.2-acre lot in Neuse Industrial Park on Leighton Drive
in Wake Forest and will be used as the headquarters office,
storage and truck operation center.
The new facility
features a mixed use of masonry for color and texture, as well
as a unique office layout. The design allows for future office
expansion and the addition of a truck service area. Overall,
the new facility will enable more efficient service to Shaw’s
customers
