Four Paws Animal Clinic

Veterinarians Tracy Wales and Nori Warren decided to start their own veterinary office and clinic, Four Paws Animal Clinic. After searching unsuccessfully for appropriate land to build the facility, they found two separate buildings on Forest Lake Place in Columbia, S.C., that could be renovated to meet their needs.

They chose Bobbitt Design Build because of its extensive experience building for veterinary practices. Bobbitt worked with Dr. Wales and Dr. Warren in site planning for the building location, as well as overcoming zoning issues and flood plain difficulties. Bobbitt connected the two buildings with a hallway and up-fitted the 2,900-square-foot space to include procedure rooms, surgery room, kennel area, exam rooms, break room, and waiting area.

Four Paws Animal Clinic is committed to providing exceptional healthcare for pets and helping the people who love them make informed decisions regarding their health. Their goal is to help pets enjoy longer, healthier and happier lives.
