Our relationship with the Zaytoun family serves as a proud example of our long-standing commitment to excellence. Well, that and some cool design! Bobbitt built the Zaytouns’ first flex-commercial office building in Morrisville in the 1990s. As the family orthodontist practice grew, they envisioned a comfortable new office where patients could relax – one that’s neither high-stress nor hospital sterile.
We completed a feasibility study as the site was being purchased. Since it was such a high-profile location in Raleigh, we worked with the planning board, citizens groups and area neighbors to foster understanding about the project.
On less than an acre, the result is a glowing 13,000 sq. ft. medical office that serves as a home away from home for patients. It features the area’s most comfortable coffee bar and waiting room, where patients even access video games. In fact, we’ve been told the Zaytoun lounge is so comfy and accommodating, kids and their parents hang out to do homework. And to cap off the cool quotient, the ceiling was designed with a unique visual appeal. After all, it does get the most attention.
