Bobbitt completed a Class “A” fit-up spanning 4,000 sqft within the Gwendolyn building in Chapel Hill for a private equity firm. Despite the challenges of working in a first-generation space with limited logistical and parking options for trade contractors in an already occupied area, we successfully executed an accelerated 12-week construction schedule.

The work encompassed a range of premium features, including high-end flooring and wall finishes, sleek glass office partitions, custom-crafted millwork, and distinctive ceiling accents in the pantry and executive conference rooms. Additionally, we installed an operable motorized overhead door and created an open ceiling design with a K-19 coating, complemented by a high-end lighting package.
