Bobbitt Design Build completed the first commercial phase of Trackside South, a massive Clean Vision community located on Hunter Street in Apex, N.C. The 19,514-square-foot facility was constructed on 202 acres across from Apex Town Hall.
This “Class A” office project is a unique opportunity for Bobbitt to be a part of building the Town of Apex’s new downtown renaissance. Bobbitt’s commitment to the design-build philosophy, which includes cost and timeline efficiencies, led project owner Apex First Development to select Bobbitt Design Build.
The entire Trackside South project will have as many as 470 residential units, 87,000 square feet of retail space and 43,000 square feet of office space, according to site plans filed with the Town of Apex.
