Bobbitt Design Build completed two North Carolina projects for Pep Boys, headquartered in Philadelphia, Penn. One new retail service center is located on U.S. 70 Business West in Clayton, and the other on Gateway Commons Circle in Wake Forest. Both are 5,000-square-foot buildings.

Having built for Pep Boys Company in the past, Bobbitt took on the challenge of a short construction timeframe, completing both projects in three months during winter and the holidays.

“Bobbitt responded quickly to our needs and continued to address budget issues during construction,” said Kristie Sanderson, owner of Lady Street Development, which operates the local Pep Boys franchises.
