Josh’s business acumen originated early, growing up on his family’s farm and learning the meaning of hard work including sales, day-to-day operations and finance. It instilled in Josh a deep seated passion in leveraging metrics and detailed analysis to drive “real world” success by realigning a business’s finances and creating infrastructure to support growth. Josh believes the greatest value Bobbitt can offer its customers is the ability to remain focused on running their business—not on the construction process.

Ron’s 30-year career started while he was still in college doing chemical and environmental consulting. His clients were mainly small aerospace and military contractors that needed HAZMAT and environmental assistance with the changing safety laws of the 1980s. He was later drawn into the world of high-rise construction and worked on projects throughout California, Washington, New York, Texas and Nevada. In addition to numerous high rises, Ron’s experience includes presidential libraries, hospitals, parks, airports and the mitigation efforts after the catastrophic Gulf Oil Spill in 2010. Finally settling in the Carolinas, Ron hasn’t lost sight that safety is about people, not processes, caring for each individual on the job and making sure they get to go home at the end of the day to see their loved ones. Ron is a member of the ANSI Standards Board, he is an OSHA 500 outreach trainer (BCSP CHST, STS) and a member of the Carolina’s Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) Safety Committee.
