ANNUAL SERVICE AGREEMENT

  • Periodic exterior inspections scheduled quarterly, bi-annually, or annually.
  • Advance notification to your facility manager before each inspection.
  • Comprehensive checklist coverage and minor preventative maintenance repairs.
  • Detailed inspection reports with photos of any issues beyond standard maintenance.
  • Gutter cleaning and prioritized repair scheduling included in the maintenance plan.

BUILDING ENVELOPE

  • Canopy & Awning Installation above doors and windows for added protection and curb appeal.
  • Building Shell Repairs, including masonry, flashing, and structural step-ups or step-downs
  • Storefront & Masonry Joint Maintenance, including control joints, weep hole exposure, and sealing
  • Exterior Door Services and re-caulking around joints and penetrations for weatherproofing
  • Roof & Gutter Cleaning, including debris removal from roofs, gutters, and downspouts

ROOFING

  • Inspect roof covering, flashing, and fascia for damage
  • Evaluate supporting structures, penetrations, and joints
  • Clean and inspect gutters, drains, and standing water areas
  • Check TPO seams and sloped roof bolts where applicable
  • Remove debris from roof surfaces, gutters, and drains

INTERIOR REPAIRS

  • Alterations of overhead and walk-in door
  • Interior renovations
  • Door hardware replacement and repair
  • Accessories hanging and mounting
  • Debris Removal
