Bobbitt Design Build built a new facility for Carolina Restoration Services, the largest family-owned and operated full-service disaster restoration firm in North Carolina. Keeping business flow in mind during the design and construction phase, Bobbitt worked with Carolina Restoration Services to create a 30,000-square-foot office and warehouse space that would accommodate its growing business and workforce.

Specializing in 24-hour fire, water, smoke, wind and mold remediation and restoration, they required 10,000-square-feet of meeting rooms, offices and training spaces. The warehouse area was equally important, so Bobbitt ensured the interior of the warehouse had a clearance height of 26 feet for customer storage space. The front exterior of the building features brick, an exterior insulation and finishing system, and storefront glass. The new facility will allow the company to continue its growth in both the commercial and residential sectors and improve response times due to its convenient central Triangle location.
