Bobbitt was selected to provide all of the construction services for “The Q,” Fuquay-Varina’s first downtown multi-story mixed-use building. The new four-story structure is approximately 36,000 square feet and fully sprinklered, with retail on the first level, office suites on the second level and a total of 16 condominiums on the third and fourth levels.

Conventional steel and concrete floors make up the structural system for the building, and the attractive exterior has a large amount of glazing disbursed in the brick and cast stone. The condominiums will be well-appointed with granite countertops and high-level finishes throughout.

The project is scheduled for completion and occupancy later this year.
