This 1,350 sqft upfit created space for a homemade ice cream shop within a multi-story building. The suite was a cold dark shell with no floors, walls or utilities. Bobbitt added underground plumbing and electrical panels to the building infrastructre. The concrete slab was poured and the interior upfit began. The interior finishes included custom millwork, exposed duct HVAC, restaurant equipment installation, a commercial kitchen, specialty lighting, stained concrete floors, ceramic tile, new restrooms, fire sprinkler and alarm systems.
