Bobbitt Design Build completed a new facility for Southpoint Animal Hospital. The design build project is located at 5601 Fayetteville Road in Durham, N.C.

This animal hospital incorporates many sustainable building features, including a focus on indoor air quality for occupants and animals. Energy efficient windows, natural elements, a cool white reflective energy saving roof system, and storm water quality and quantity controls are also incorporated into the design. Also, mostly local materials were used in the building’s construction.

Southpoint Animal Hospital chose Bobbitt to meet the requirements for an effective and efficient hospital with good patient flow and an inviting, healing atmosphere.
