Bobbitt Design Build transformed a 15-year-old, 5,000-square-foot office building into Tuscan Ridge Animal Hospital, located on 230 Capcom Avenue, Suite 101 in Wake Forest, N.C.

The full-service veterinary hospital and boarding facility aims to provide excellent animal care with a warm Tuscan feel. Bobbitt utilized the existing space to provide the maximum number of exam rooms, while delivering as much boarding and grooming capacity as possible.

Bobbitt also addressed owner Dr. Kelly Harper’s desire for natural light by adding windows in the rear and side of the building.
